"The place was nice and enough room for 7 of us. Location was great as it was near train station, couple of 7-eleven, Lawson and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and would comeback again. Communication was clear and fast as well."

"This is a very small (even for Tokyo standards) unit, and you have no elevators in the building. That said, you can walk to Shinjuku and the place was very clean, with its own washer/drier and great beds. Sure, it's small, but the location makes it a great choice. I'd definitely recommend the place and would have given it a 5 star rating if it had a smart Japanese toilet ;) !"

"Clean room and could easily accommodate for our family of 4. Close to the food areas as well as convenience stores without being in a high traffic area. "

"This is a great little studio apartment in a nice, quiet area of Shinjuku. The building is really lovely. It is close to lots of places to eat and the train station. We are a family of five so it was a bit small (from our Western perspective) but we were out a lot anyway! The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and shower were nice. I would definitely stay here again."

"This place was amazing! The directions to get to it were so well thought out by the host, we were initially worried, but the host made it so easy! The place is in a great location. Very clean, safe, and close to the metro. I am so glad I booked this place and would recommend it to anyone! "

"We enjoyed our stay an this hotel. The location is very convenient for most sort of activities. Room and amenities were clean and nice. Room HVAC was very quiet and comfortable.
Very importantly, the staff were very responsible, knowledgeable and caring.
We didn't enjoy the size of the room - a twin size bed is really not suitable for a couple. The blanket was a layer over a sheet (nothing unusual) but the material was extremely slippery - causing the blanker to slide down the floor each time your move. Bathroom was very much out dated as well."
"Immaculate room with a super comfy bed and pillows โ we slept so well! The power shower was excellent, and we loved the classic Japanese toilet (the only thing missing in our room was the heated seat, but thatโs a minor detail).
A really nice touch was that they provide clean pyjamas, plus a fresh toothbrush with toothpaste and a hairbrush every day โ such thoughtful service!
On the ground floor, thereโs an incredible selection of complimentary toiletries โ everything from hair bands and mouthwash to razors and face creams. Honestly, whatever you might need, theyโve got it.
Breakfast was amazing too!!! They make fresh Japanese pancakes on request, and the coffee was strong and really good. 10/10.
If we ever come back to Japan, we will without a doubt stay here again.
Thank you โค๏ธ"
"If I come back to Tokyo, I wouldnโt mind booking a room here. It was conveniently close to the train station, had good restaurants, and beautiful little gardens nestled in this charming town. The bath house was an incredible treat to end the day after walking 20k+ steps. My only complaint is the room was too small, but I understand that may be the standard in Japan, and the elevator was painfully slow and small, fitting only a few at a time. But all in all, it was worth it."
"Room smaller than expected for the price. Breakfast buffet good but expensive. Canโt take food to room. Good location near park and shopping/eating area. Friendly staff. Charge a lot for 1hr late checkout after 10am. Qualified recommendation. "
