"・宿の設備など ２００年の歴史ある宿で、和風の雰囲気を味わえることを期待した。 おおむね期待通りの雰囲気の宿だった。 趣のあるお堂や庭があるので、夜間にライトアップするともっと良くなると思った。 ・課題 今回はエクスペリアで予約したが、そもそも石屋に連絡が行っていなかった。 IT系が苦手なのかもしれないが、金沢市を含めインバウンドや観光に力を入れる以上言い訳にはならない。 若いスタッフがいなくても宿泊客との接点を予約サイトに任せて、十分な確認が取れない体制になっているのは問題といえる。 ITに振り回されるのではなく、宿がITを利用しているという意識をもって取り組んでいただきたい。 "

"Amazing stay - couldn’t recommend more. The staff are incredibly attentive and helpful, the hotel is set in a beautiful location and the entire experience is flawless. The food is excellent as well, although it’s worth noting that both the dinner and breakfast are very generous meals - best not to eat too much beforehand! "夜中にベッドに寝たまま横の障子戸を開けると、漁に出る漁船が真横を通り過ぎていきました。船上にはドラム缶の焚き火があり、寒空の下漁師さん達が暖をとりながら出航していくのが見えました。NHKの番組「小さな旅」の中にいる気分でした。"
