Very conveniently located next to a main train station, the Yamanote Line. There's a food court with something for everyone as well as a 7-11 right outside. If you're not wanting a food court setting, there are a bunch of restaurants located right outside.

The walkway from Shinagawa station is not smooth enough to be rolling/pushing luggage to check into hotel. also, no cover during rain. I realize there are renovations on-going but I hope they make it more comfortable to transit from the station to the front desk for check in. thank you

Not much to do near this hotel but is very convenient to the train station. Hotel hallways smell like cigarettes. Lobby is beautiful but the rooms need to be updated.

Very close to the station, making travel convenient, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The room is small but clean and quiet. If you plan to take the Shinkansen to other cities and need a short stay, it's a good choice.
