absolutely lovely location and so nearby the ueno market and stations, it was also so close to the keisei skyliner so going to narita was a breeze! i also found out the hotel just opened with a lovely indoor bathhouse on the top floor

Excellent location, better than I expected. A few minutes walk from train and metro stations, markets, restaurants and bars. A big plus for skyliner service from Narita. Although situated on a busy street, inside hotel is very quiet, no disturbing noise. Staff are very helpful and attentive. Good sized and comfortable bed, adequate shower. Only minus was no drawers provision for clothes, only a few hangers. I would certainly recommend for a first time visit to Tokyo and would stay there again if competitively priced with other hotels in area.

Great hotel for solo travelers! It was very conveniently located near several train stations (including the Yamanote line). Another major plus was having A/C control for the room, as I was visiting in the summer this made a world of difference. Staff were very nice and friendly, but you might need to use a translate app if you have a lengthy question. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and convenient hotel! The rooms are modern and comfortable. Laundry facilities are available but sadly were in such high demand that we struggled getting our laundry washed and dried (as laundry machines and dryers are separate and need different amounts of time to finish). Nevertheless really enjoyed the Onsen and had a pleasant stay.

The hotel is right in the mix of things. You will be walking distance from various Tokyo train stations. However, the after 2 days I decided to make up the bed and saw a stain (probably iron stain) which made me realize they do not look closely at their items.
