Amazing value for the price. Rooms had everything you needed and more. For example, every room has a microwave which isn’t standard in more expensive hotels. My children loved the in room game and enjoyed collecting their prize from front desk. Rooms are spacious, comfy and clean. The shuttle to Disney was fantastic and always on time. Thank you for a great stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — they patiently assisted me with finding information about a local fish market and even helped call a taxi for us, which made things so much easier when travelling with kids. Our room was very cosy, spotlessly clean, and felt like a comfortable place to rest as a family. The shuttle service between the hotel and Disneyland was a huge bonus and made planning our Disneyland days stress-free, especially with children. We had such a lovely experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for families ❤️

This hotel was great. Had a shuttle to both Disney parks and had a great breakfast buffet with so many options. The staff were friendly and was really welcoming, the rooms were very nice and spacious. I will come stay here again the next time we visit Japan.
