Overall ok
The hotel is a little bit old. The air conditioning is not working at all not sure if it's because it's in winter time. Luckily the window can be opened for a little crack. All staff were very polite except for a foreigner in front desk was so so. Close to 2 subway stations , easy to get around. The fridge is not even cool and spoiled some of the food i put inside. Western style Breakfast was so so too. Try Japanese style if you've booked for it.

Great location but not very helpful staff
The hotel was clean and in a great location (2 metro stations very close). Most of staff spoke some English. The bed was like card board and you could feel the springs in your back. I needed help calling one of our reservations (our US phones could not make international calls) and they refused to let us call. I was finally able to get one of the receptionists to call the number I had. They did keep our luggage the last day we were there but when I needed a taxi they could not get me a taxi. They kept saying their system was down and told me I would have to figure out a way of getting one myself.

You can DEFINITELY find something better!
Dated and WELL below the standard hotel in Ginza. Front desk staff was inept, unwilling to help and barely speak a word of English. Rooms were outdated, small even for Japanese standards and smelly. Only salvation grace was the fact that it was a 2 minute walk to the subway. You can DEFINITELY find something just as well located and priced in a MUCH better ptoperty

The good: convenient location with 2 train stations nearby. Service is normal by Japanese standards. Not bad but not outstanding. I booked the smoking single room. It is clean and compact. The room comes with the basic amenities but nothing beyond that. In summary, fuss free without the bells and whistles. Good for short stays but don’t expect anything beyond basic.

Cosy and affordable hotel in the city fringe
Front desk staff were friendly and could understand English well. Hotel is within walking distance to Tsukiji market and a few train stations. A 10-min walk leads one to Ginza area. Room was a bit small, but comparable to other Tokyo hotels. Clean. Very reasonable pricing.

Business-like hotel
This is a business hotel so not so many foreigners. Helpful receptionists. Free shuttle bus to Tokyo Station, saving us lugging our bags on subways. Breakfasts were good - fresh fish from the fish market. The best way to get there from Narita is to take the Limousine bus to TCAT (Tokyo City Air Terminal) then a short taxi ride. No need to wait for trains or man-handle luggage.

Hotel without service
Hotel is sure less than three star rating. Room is way too small for me and five years old son. Shower is too small. Front desk service can be improved. A few times request made that light in bathroom does not work but no commitment made to rectify by front desk officer. Had stayed there without light. However, hotel is quite close to subway train station therefore going somewhere is with ease. Breakfast is good before sighseeing

Budget hotel near Tsukiji and Ginza/Nihonbashi...
You get what you pay for. This budget hotel in the US$80 range is good value for short stay. Rooms are tired, but clean/comfortable. Staff have good English skills and are very helpful. Restaurant looks average and is a bit expensive. Good luck and enjoy!

The rooms were small. With 2 single beds it almost takes up the whole place. Almost unable to leave my luggage open the whole while or sacrifice walking space. Walking distance to 2 subway lines and Tsukiji market in the morning is a plus.

Would definitely stay there again
Location-wise, the hotel is very close to 2 subway stations (shintomicho which is closest and tsukiji) and easily accessible to and from Haneda Airport. Ginza shopping strip is also just 15 mins walk. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel room can seem small but everything is positioned in a very efficient way. It's very comfortable and clean - has many facilities like excellent wifi, kettle, mini fridge, hairdryer, etc. Overall, it was very cosy and i liked it very much.

Excellent Location
Ths is a good Hotel. I currently live in Okinawa Japan. I decided to take a Vacation to Tokyo. I booked this hotel without realizing that the neighborhood it is in is considered the rich part of Tokyo (Ginza). Ths Hotel is in a great location. It is about a 5-10 minute drive from a main Subway/Train station. I flew in from Narita International, hopped on the JR Line Train, and was at the main Subway Station called Tokyo. Then I hopped in a Taxi and gave the driver the Hotel address and after a little trial and error, we located the Hotel. The actual Hotel is nice. The front desk knew enough English to understand me, and I knew enough Japanese to understand them. The room was Japanese style so it was kind of compact. But I'm the type of guy who doesn't need a lot of room. Overall I would rate this Hotel a 5 out of 5. It all depends on what you are looking for. I'm a simple guy so I was overly pleased with my stay.

Good location, good value
Good location: walking distance to the Tsukiji Fish Market, very close to two subway stations and a 1000 yen, ten-minute taxi ride from Tokyo main railway station in case you don’t want to drag your luggage through the subway system. The rooms were quite small (it’s Tokyo after all) but well furnished with TV, fridge, desk, wired internet (wifi router available for free). Clean, all in working order and courteous staff with low but not zero knowledge of English. For me in a tourism trip it was a good value. I had the breakfast once but it was expensive and not worthwhile, there are better alternatives nearby.

No complain at this cost
At this cost it is what it is. You cannot expect much. However I did stay in another hotel at the same cost with a better environment and location last time. Just that I wasn't able to book that one so I tried this one. It wasn't as good as that one. I don't think I will stay here again. Although Metro is just right in front of it, it is a line that leads you to nowhere close to tourist sites. You will need to change trains several times to reach your destinations. Staff's English level is fine though.

Good value, very clean, comfortable.
Although the bathroom was very small (only one person can fit in it at a time unless the other person is inside the small soaking tub) it is very clean and has no odors. The bed was comfortable and the linen and the room was cleaned very well, small TV nice picture window with the view of the city street below. Wifi in the lobby only. No wifi in the hotel room available.

This hotel is not a 3 star hotel! 1 star maximum.
After an overnight trip, I arrived at the hotel 3 hours before check in time (2pm), even though they had empty rooms they wanted to charge an extra $40 for early check in. The room was no bigger than a closet and the A/C only blew warm air.

10 mins from Tsukiji Fish Market
On arrival, I was greeted by the very friendly front desk staff and was issued with the key to my room. Upon opening the door of my room, the room is honestly one of the smallest I have ever stayed in Japan, but it was clean, adequate and have what I needed. The location to Tsukiji is only 10 mins by walking, very convenient if you want to see the Tsukiji Tuna Auction at the 5am in the morning. Conclusion is that the room is very small for what you pay for, however, it was adequate enough for me for this trip.

Quiet, comfortable and central
Enjoyed our stay very much. Quiet, business style of hotel. Non-smoking floors start at floor 4 and up. No hint of smoking smell anywhere we went in hotel. Only some English understood at reception, but they try with lovely smiles. Small room, well furnished with fridge, boiling pot for water (tea and coffee) or noodles. The bathroom had one of the Japanese combined toilet/bidet systems, great fun. Corner shop next door has milk etc. Hotel has breakfast and Dennys, for more choice, is around the corner on the way to fish markets. There is a fresh bakery down below the corner shop at the entry to the Y metro. Easy walk to fish markets, and 1200 metres to central corner of Ginza shopping (or two metro stops on H line). There are two local metro lines close to hotel but it is a pleasant 300 metres to the lift entry down to the most useful metro line (H line). Other closer Metro entries are stairs only. Hotel reception sell metro day passes and can explain route to take. We found it easy to get lost and walk in circles around Tokyo, our map was not good enough, lacking English. I had picked up a wifi at Narita to work with my phone, but Google maps was also in Japanese! Warning, Japanese banks do not accept overseas bankcards. Narita airport has one overseas cash machine. Post offices have auto-tellers, not banks.

Upscale Budget Hotel
We arrived at Ginza Capital after flying to Tokyo from Chicago, after being awake for 26+ hours. We had meant to go to their other location but the taxi driver dropped us at the Main hotel. While the other location was apparently only a few blocks away, I was exhausted and did not want to have to travel any further to get to a bed, and Maurice at the front desk was incredibly helpful and found a way to accommodate us at that location at no extra charge. The room was definitely small but the overall experience was good. Beautiful lobby, very professional and helpful desk staff, 10 minute walk to the fish market. Can't beat this for the price in Tokyo.

good for a short stay
This hotel is perfect for the short stay and is very convenient to the Yurakucho and Hibiya line. Beyond that, however, as a business traveler, it would be difficult for me to recommend this hotel as it did not have nowhere near the required space to hang up my 2 suits and accompanying shirts and ties that fit within a carry on. Even by Japanese hotel standards, this is by far the smallest I've ever been in. My carry on barely fit through the narrow doorway. Hanging up my suit and shirts, meant that my carry on suitcase would either block the door, or block my shower/bathroom door. I even asked and paid more for a double thinking that it would give me a little bit more room but was very disappointed. This hotel really is for the 1-2 night stay for the local Japanese business men, not for the international traveler that may stay a bit longer. For the record, I was in the Ginza MAIN, not the ANNEX. So for those of you who do use the taxi from TCAT or Tokyo Station, the taxi driver will need to know the difference between the 2, and their GPS will need to show both. Otherwise, your cab fare will go up as your driver will drive around the 1 way streets to get to the other side of the main street that separate the 2 buildings of this hotel. Even my client (a Tokyo native) had a difficult time with his GPS. Finally, if you do use this hotel, be prepared to carry the massive keychain that accompanies the key to your room. It's a solid piece of plastic that's at least 8-10" long and took up way more space in my briefcase than I would have liked.
