Great place, check in was difficult

The location was everything it claimed. My family was first time travelers to Japan, and navigating was our challenge. We could not locate the address on any maps, it was unclear, and we had not been given the pre-check in directions we were supposed to get. After walking to the location, we believed we were supposed to be at, there was no check in information in any of my files. Calling, the agency to get a hold of the property owner was done fairly quickly, and would have been information that could have made our process a lot easier. We did get to the room after dark and it had beautiful views of downtown Tokyo. All in all, my only complaint is how long it took for us to get to the check-in information that we needed, as well as response around a late check-in . I do feel a little gypped, as check-in isn’t until 4 PM, and check out is at 10 AM.
