Really nice hotel, very cute room with the bed upstairs and a living space underneath. Clean and well organised. Convenient location to public transport and local shops. Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

staff was really friendly to assist and understanding. The room isn't the in good condition , some sort of bad smell from both bathroom and couch. There is not much staff can do as the hotel is always on high occupancy, it just need to have a good maintenance . Would suggest other new opening hotel in the area.

Clever loft bed design with lots of storage makes this room feel a lot larger than it was. Slept 2 adults and a child very comfortably. Area was very convenient as it was on the Yamamote Line and lots of restaurants close by. Enjoyed that it wasn't too busy in the area.

Beautiful, trendy hotel that has the most perfection location! Just 2 minute walk from the train station that is one stop from Ikebukuro. This place is perfect! The family room layout is also an incredible efficient use of space. We loved staying here so much! Away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to everything.

Perfect location 5 minute walk from Otsuka JR station. Area is outside of busy tourist areas, more local food and shopping options. Hotel was spotless, staff went above and beyond to make stay enjoyable. On site restaurant great for breakfast. Free walking tours of the area. DJ and activities in lobby area in the evening. Highly recommend.

This was probably the funnest lodging my friends and I stayed in, it’s a very unconventional room layout with the loft and the couch bed and as really cool and the staff was super nice and convenient with answers to questions. Highly recommend staying here if you stay in Otsuka or just need a nice place at an affordable price.

Love the aesthetics of this hotel and the dining options in its surrounding area. There are four convenience stores very close to the hotel and there is even a 24-hour Japanese bookstore! The room is super cute and the mattress is very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Amazing place to stay in Ikebukuro!

Super friendly and helpful staff, very clean room, super comfortable sleeping arrangements, and an amazing shower/bath! All around, extremely satisfied. If I return to Ikebukuro anytime soon, it is extremely likely that I will stay at OMO5 again! Highly recommended!
