The room was wonderful, super clean and spacious, excellent service. However the 2 tower thing is a bit taxing but is made up for by everything else. The bakery had graphics on the items displaying what products went into making it which is perfect for people who don’t eat pork, use alcohol or have dietary restrictions. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kazusaya and would definitely recommend it. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. They assisted us with luggage forwarding, which made traveling between cities much easier, and they were very accommodating with our schedule, we arrived very late at night and had to check out early in the morning, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Beautiful hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable and breakfast is fantastic with plenty of options. Convenience store is located on the bottom floor of the hotel and is open 24 hours. There is an italian and japanese restaurant in the hotel so lots of options for food and metro station is within walking distance.
