It's a very convenient place ,near to the points of interest,very close to everything you might need as a convenience store, close to the public transport with more than one option and very quiet too,so you would recover soon after a busy day.

This is nice apartment hotel in a great part of Tokyo next to a small garden and right by 7-11 and convenience stores. It is very near Ueno park and the Ueno train station making it a great location for excursions throughout Tokyo and beyond. Although off the beaten path we got good directions from the management. The only issue we had was that the bedding was old and some of it was stained.

The building was fine, in a fairly convenient location. The room was small but cozy. My only issues were with the bedding (hair and stains on the bed sheets) and a bad AC/heater in one of the rooms. Otherwise, it was okay for my short stay.

Nice and chill

Good conditon, wi-fi, very clean, good air conditioning and an excellent location, near everything, nightlife, shops and stations. Calm area and two convenience stores right next to it. Good communication with owner.

Initially we had some difficulty contacting the host and managed to get through via google direct contact. Host was very helpful and assisted us in the evening to ensure a smooth check-in. Apartment was very clean for the price, would say it was a excellent stay for us. Recommended.

Okay room for short stay..

Cleanliness is good but fair for comfort. The room is small. We could hear people talking the room next door. Need to turn off the air conditioner when we leave so when we come back inside the room, was so hot. It took a long time to cool the room. Otherwise, the room is okay.

It is close to Uneo station. It is spacious and convenient in self check in. However it only provide two blankets for my booking(2adults and 2 Children). It is fine in this hot summer. Anyway i will recommend it to others travelers who want to stay in uneo area.
