It's only 2 mins walk from Shin Okubo Station-新大久保, on the super convenient Yamanote line, and only 3 mins to Shinjuku Station-新宿 by train! With an 8 minute walk, you can reach Kabukicho, Shinjuku.

By day it's just another narrow alleyway common in Tokyo, but at night the street turns into a mini nightlife area for the salarymen of Tokyo. With numerous tiny #bar lining up, the nickname comes from the fact in the past so many drunk salarymen doing their "bussiness" there because there's no toilet anywhere in this alleyway. Today, regulation has been set in the area so it is a lot cleaner than before. The alleyway is very narrow and can only fit at maximum 2 people at a time so be mindful of your surrounding when visiting especially when there's many drunk people walking by from the bars. The bars are also very tiny and can only fit less than 10 people at a time. If you are not claustrophobic give them a try, it's a special experience on its own :)

Great place in the heart of Shinjuku

Awesome location right in the middle of Shinjuku and Shin Okubo. Very close to train station. Can feel a little cramped with 4 people but the patio is spacious and lovely to sit on at night. Great communication with owner as well 😊 Would recommend to anyone!
