The staff was very responsive, room was nice and clean. Hot water ran great, and it was pleasant because it was so cold outside in the winter. Japanese HVAC units put in work! Very quiet neighborhood as is most of Tokyo, Shinjuku area. Very cute. Heated toire of my dreams.
We were upgraded to a bigger suite.

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
The room was great, just as advertised. Good location, helpful, amenities, clean. The only problem we have was trying to find it! Coming from America, the communication was all in Japanese and it wasn’t clear what the address was. I went to two different places before I finally found it, and that was with the help of a native guide. The address ended up being on a picture, which was not able to be copy and pasted into my Google maps. So it was challenging!
