"Las instalaciones,el edificio muy bien. El ascensor no estaba habilitado , las almohadas pequeñas no tenían fundas (mal aspecto ) , la habitación no tenía televisor ( nos lo pusieron después), no cuenta con secador de pelo (tampoco tenían en la recepción),el hotel abierto toda la noche sin recepción. ..."

"28-8-21- We left the accommodation just 2 days into our 7 day vacation. It was not secure and a health and safety risk. "Lovely hotel in the centre of Ávila. Comfy bed and the room had great A/C which was needed in the heat. The staff we met were all very nice and friendly.
