"just a little concern about the pillows smells bad and i can't sleep for the whole night"

"On this site and the hotel site there was no where to indicate that we would be bringing our dog. Upon check in I was told I was booked for the king bed I had requested but it was on the 3rd floor where pets were not allowed. Was told I needed to be on the 1st floor but no “king” rooms were available, only queen. I then asked for the difference of $20 and was told they couldn’t do that since I had pre-paid. Why not just hand me a $20. Total B/S ! "

"The place was just adequate. Staff usually were nowhere to be seen. We had to ask for towels, trash was not emptied and rooms were not cleaned during our 4 day stay. The breakfast was just adequate. "
