About this property

Game Room, Bar, Dock and River Patio

  • 2200 square feet. Directly on the river with seasonal dock. 1/2 acre grassed backyard with a firepit, 2 private decks with lots of seating and a 180-degree view. 3 large common, fully stocked and equipped kitchen. 3 bedrooms with 3 king size beds. 2 Full bathrooms and a full laundry facility with detergents provided. Outdoor patio area with seating for up to 12 and 2 private river view decks with seating for up to 12. There is a fire pit but we do not provide wood, this can be purchased from local grocery stores. 20 steps to the front door and 50 steps to the river dock.
