Comfortable bed, recently updated. Dishwasher bottom panel was hanging off dishwasher exposing wires. Toilet kept running every couple minutes and leaked. Everything was clean and in good condition.

Sadly, disappointed

This was our second time using this facility. They have new tv remotes and no direction on how to use it. Desk person wasn’t very helpful. After 30 minutes we were able to change the channels at least. No hot water in bathroom sink. Beds are great!

Staff is very friendly especially Cheryl. I stayed there for a local job interview and she made it a point to tell me how sharp I looked and wished me good luck and I felt she really meant it. I would never stay at the hotel again. It smelled very musty and old, the carpet in the room does not seem like it has been cleaned in a long time, there were blood spots on the floor of the elevator that I told the manager about that did not get cleaned up for the two days I was there, there was no instructions on how to use the TV, the toilets were extremely low, so if an older person or somebody with a handicap probably would not be able to easily use them, and the showerhead barely put out any type of decent water pressure, they definitely need to refresh the hotel, especially for the price you pay to stay there. Additionally, you can tell that multiple family members of the owners are living in the hotel. The nighttime manager’s family was camped out in the front lobby when we returned late on our second night. Just over an all not the best experience. If all the hotels in the area were not booked due to graduation for Bowling Green, we probably would have left after we checked in.

A little Less Than Satisfied

Ron was clean but under-furnished. Lots of wall plugs. Adequate lighting. No bed bugs. Great wi-fi. Plumbing didn’t work well. Front desk staff seemed indifferent except for the young lady. She was cheery and friendly. The men seemed resentful or reluctant to be there. There was a US flag outside but it was tattered and had a hole. I had a good stay but the hotel seemed just short of well maintained. Or perhaps it was that the room could not have been among the best.

Bad and good

I reserved a king room and got a queen room, but they did move us to a king room. The king and the queen room both had clogged sinks.also there was a light outside that was blinking all night that was annoying!
