You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

The Perch- 1 bedroom guest studio above garage

Located in Oregon, this cool house is a dream. With 2 queen beds, a shower, washer and dryer. The main house is the Nest if you're interested in renting both. There's a restaurant (Oregon Inn) a few hundred feet away. There's also a 130' driveway to accommodate small trailers. Close to Muamee Bay State Park, golfing, and a boat launch. Warning this area is the habitat of several harmless small spiders you will especially see them in the late summer/early autumn. We also get mayflies especially from mid May through July. We try our best but you will likely see a few inside as well. There’s just too many to guarantee there won’t be any inside. If this bothers you this is not the place for you to stay. No parties. This is a quiet neighborhood so please also be quiet at a reasonable time.There’s also a detached garage we use as storage so you may see us going in and out of it.

Nice place for a weekend getaway

We’ve stayed here multiple times, along with the house also on the property. It has all you necessities without the extra costs. 4 can stay comfortably & it’s a quiet part of a town. Never had any problems with any of his properties either. Would recommend to any friends coming to or through the Toledo area.
