Great house and amenities!

Great house with everything you need. Greeted with cold drinks and snacks. Only stayed one night. Would be great to spend more time discovering Toledo and enjoying the house and man cave (upstairs). Host James was quick to answer any questions. Would definitely stay there again.

A good option when in Toledo

Our son, dil and granddaughter live in Toledo, and typically we stay with them when it's just one or two of us. However this visit was for our granddaughters first birthday, so there were 7 of us who needed a place to stay. Unknown to us, this location was in the same area as the party which was held in the Union Hall down the street, so it was very convenient. The house worked great for us, each couple had their own bedroom, and the house was big enough for all of us to spread out.

Top Notch Nest

We were in town overnight for a family get together. House was clean and as described. Off street parking was nice. Owner was responsive and easy to work with. For a large group this is a great place. Very spacious. Loved the man cave!

good but needed a good cleaning

For the most part we really enjoyed our stay. The house had the size and amenities we were looking for. However, when there are no wash clothes, and when you have to wash the dishes before you can use them, and you can practice finger art in the dust on most of the furniture there is space to make things better. Just a good going-through to clean the surface dust would help a lot.
