The best service ever!

This hotel is wonderful and comfortable, on a beautiful town. We wouldn’t normally book a hotel like this, normally choosing somewhere with a gym, but we are so glad we did. The interior design is gorgeous, but best of all is the staff! They were super friendly and they bent over backwards to take care of us. My wife is vegan, not only did they have multiple menu options but they made special dishes too I barely speak Spanish but they mostly spoke excellent English and well also went and got another member of staff when they didn’t understand. Highly recommended

Todo muy bien en general. El servicio fue excelente y la comida estuvo deliciosa; además, la atención del chef fue impecable. Sin embargo, considero que por el precio del hotel, las cápsulas de café en la habitación deberían ser Nespresso y no genéricas. También, el “roof” de nuestra habitación no tenía iluminación, lo que hacía complicado estar ahí en la tarde o noche. Fuera de esos detalles, la experiencia fue muy agradable.i

El servicio increíble, la comida súper rica, muy bien ubicado. para salir a caminar por el pueblo. Instalaciones y decoración hermosa. Le pongo 4 estrellas porque a pesar de estas cualidades el precio es demasiado alto… el hotel es muy pequeño, la acústica es mala, en las noches escuchas todo y por el precio que pague era para que tuviera por lo menos vista al lago….
