Beautiful, stylish property. Super comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant on site with complimentary breakfast, including a pastry, hot dish, fruit, coffee or tea, and orange juice. The only slight downside was that it can be a little noisy in the rooms at times, but I still would not hesitate to book again - this is a gorgeous hotel in a great location!

Really Beautiful hotel, quiet even though the streets around are busy. The continental breakfast was included and it was delicious and plentiful, really good quality and service. The service from everyone was excellent. From the reception to the cleaning staff, and restaurant staff. Every downtown attraction is walking distance. We had a nice stay.

This is a beautiful property with very thought out details in each room. Breakfast is included which was excellent. Ask for the Oreo Concha as your first course! Short walk to the Botanical Garden, Planetarium, historical churches, the Palacio and cooperative artesanía mercado. It is situated off a busy street so expect lots of movement and action. Staff are super friendly and welcoming most especially housekeeping. Highly recommend. We’ll be returning soon!

The hotel is beautiful! Clean rooms and really liked the restaurant! My only complaint would be the young man working at the valet: the entire time we walked in and out he was always on the phone. He never directed us where the reception was, helped with bags, or even opened the doors. It is not a good look for hotel, that is the first thing guests will see when arriving to the hotel.
