THE ASSISTANT CARETAKER LIVES ON THE PROPERTY; THERE ARE 3 DOGS AND A CAT, SO WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS—ALTHOUGH THEY ARE VERY CALM, WE PREFER NO PETS. CLEANING SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED; IF YOU NEED THEM, PLEASE REQUEST THEM FROM THE CARETAKER.
