"Our room was not cleaned or refreshed the entire stay, 3 nights. On the 3rd day, When I told staff our room had not been cleaned, they blamed me for not requesting. It was after the second night. No towels, no coffee, garbage still on the room! We did not eat breakfast there. Over $20.00 pp for a basic hotel breakfast. "

"Close to the Amtrak train station and clean room with a comfortable bed. Not the most friendliest staff and the coffe shop in the lobby serves cold coffee!!! It was my second time staying there and the coffee is always cold!"

"The breakfast was okay however they don’t do room service considering I have a little baby in the room but still declined room services for breakfast. The room was beautiful overall I enjoyed my stay"

"Red Owl Tavern connected and very convenient. Definitely buy the breakfast coupons. Breakfast was really good. So was the burger. Room overlooking Independence Hall was great! Hotel staff friendly and hotel very convenient to historical sights. "

"Parking was not so simple and cost a lot for a one night stay - 43 dollars, staff was good - room needs to be upgraded - old drapes old carpets, old air conditioning unit that made a lot of noise."

"Faye is fantastic! I stay here a lot and she is one of the reasons why I keep coming back. She is great at her job and always accommodating. The property is nice however the Friday and Saturday crowd at the downstairs bar can get a little rowdy. We avoid the bar on these nights. "
