The front desk employee was very nice. My husband and I stay here for our “staycations” it’s affordable and close to a lot of restaurants. Everything is brand new and very clean!
Brand new property so very clean maintained. Very sparse on the decor but what is there is tasteful. Tv lost its signal at 1030 both nights we were there. Had a king size bed with only 3 pillows. But I’m nitpicking. It was a very nice motel and was priced great.
Parking was easy-right in front of your room. AC kept the room very comfortable and cool. The room was well lit and very clean. I really liked there were lights with switches in every section of the room. In the bathroom and the sink area, over the microwave& the fridge, ect.. Randy was helpful and courteous.
New property, staff was friendly and helpful. There is no elevator, just 2 sets of stairs. The room has a fridge and microwave as well as an ice bucket but there are no ice machines on the property. There is a washer and dryer, very expensive $4 per load. Water pressure is very soft. A/C was good, blew cold!!
For the area, it was a decent stay for needing close to the ballpark.
The property and rooms were clean. The exterior had maintenance being performed on stucco or parge coating but overall in good condition. Staff was friendly. The refrigerator did not have a freezer. There was no coffee machine. The room had an i e bucket but the property had no ice machine. Ac was good. Parking was good but access was a little tricky depending upon direction coming from as shared access with other businesses.
The property was clean. The staff were effective but not particularly friendly. The room had no blanket (only a sheet and that random decorative thing that serves no purpose). This is a motel, and the curtains were highly ineffective at reducing the influx of light from the sidewalk/hallway lighting. The shower was okay. The towels were small and thin, barely effective.
Property was really new. No Ice machine, it was on back order, and the AC was challenging to get it to the right mode. Its a wall control, not normal unit control. Check in was simple and the rates were good. If you are a light sleeper, bring a mask. Between the white walls, white linens and super bright parking lights it was pretty bright. But otherwise a great stay!
This is a basic hotel that is SUPER clean and rooms are very well maintained. The desk staff was friendly/helpful and the price was very reasonable because a lot of the unnecessary stuff is not included. Our room included a microwave, mini fridge, 2 queen beds, a desk & chair, individual packets of shampoo/soap, and a nice flat panel TV with Direct TV. A coffee maker and hair dryer were not in the room, breakfast was not offered (but there's a Starbucks nextdoor), and key cards were not handed to me in a disposable cover. Instead, each card had a removable sticker with the room number printed on it. My husband's only criticism was the beds were a little firm for his liking, but we were generally very satisfied with our stay.
Brand new property so it was clean. Amenities are zero. No coffee available in the room or anywhere on property. There is a Starbucks within walking distance but they advertise coffee on premises.
The room is large and roomy. Mattress is definitely firm with hard stiff pillows. Sheets and comforter are basically nonexistent. Incredibly thin. This is a bare bones room. No extras at all. No Kleenex. Only two towels, wash clothes etc and they are small, thin and scratchy. Amenities included one tiny soap bar for bathroom sink and shower use along with 1 tiny packet of shampoo and conditioner. Shower is nice with exception of being very slippery. Housekeeping entered our room while we were gone despite the do not disturb sign. A/C worked well keeping the room cool but made a loud banging right before cycling off. And there was at least a one inch gap under the front door that we stuffed with towels to keep bugs out. Door does not physically close on its own. You must be sure to push or pull it closed all the way.
Expected way more from a brand new establishment paying $72 per night on a Monday/Tuesday night stay. Won’t waste my $ next time in that area.
Knee jerk reaction is this is a roach coach hotel. "Not so fast my friend" it's brand new. No elevator so plan for that. We had not seen that and with a wheelchair bound family member the did help us find a 1st floor room. All tile floors which are a huge plus. Shower was fantastic, plenty of pressure and nice fixtures. Comfortable bed, cable tv and internet. Definitely getting great value for the money. Coming from Austin area I paid for cheap and expected it, but was delighted that by how new and clean it was. AC in the room blew snowballs. NEGATIVES.. I found 2 of those small little black millipedes in the room, 1 on bathroom floor other by the front door. Found what was a small work in one of the beds which prompted removing sheets and pillow cases and searching for more. That search yielded nothing but let us see there were nice mattresses we were sleeping on. Those were my only negatives. It would be nice to have had maybe a coffee machine or fruit in that extra room you have for breakfast but.. was not a big deal. In the same parking lot is a shipleys, jack in the crack and a gas station. Starbucks as well.
Rooms were clean. Staff were Nice. A C work great. Parking was easy.
The only things wrong was the room was not ready at check in time. Had to sit an wait 30 minutes. And you could hear people outside talking like they were in your room.
