The villa is located in a peaceful area next to popular tourist spots in the northwest of Mauritius by the sea. It is ideally located next to a 3 star hotel called Les Cocotiers.
The villa is spacious, modern, sunny and carefully decorated, with a capacity of seven people and equipped with an alarm system and a safe. It invites you to live out of everyday life in a blend of well-being, comfort and discreet luxury.

Very spacious, the villa houses 120 m 2 of bright rooms decorated with care as well as a covered terrace and a pergola dedicated to meals and idleness. Haven of peace, far from all hustle and bustle, it will be perfect for lovers of calm and serenity.

Spectacular view from the terrace on the majestic Baie du Tombeau and the Goulets. The villa was designed for a friendly art of living.

You have a private swimming pool of 7m x 3.5m (24h / 24) which invites you to relax, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 master with private bathroom), a separate bathroom, 1 covered terrace, 1 spacious living room opening onto the veranda, the garden and a modern, fully equipped 'American' kitchen with pergola access, fully fenced courtyard and parking with closed gate.

Without supplement, the cleaning lady intervenes 2 x / week. However, she can also prepare you - on request and for 10 to 15 € - typical dishes, neat and varied.

Dans lensemble bon sejour ... cependant impressionnant de devoir senfermer + alarme + barbellé autour de la kaz ... apres recherche effectivement le quartier nest pas ultra securisé ... maison avec de bonnes commodites cependant : machette jardinier resté dans le jardin ... heureusement que nous lavons vu a temps afin deviter un drame ! manque de mobilier exterieur pour 7 personnes (seulement 4 bains de soleil) Eau chaude fonctionnant dans la salle de bains principale mais la seconde : pas deau chaude ni pression. Margelles autour de la piscine sont vetustes et un enfant sest coupé sous le pied... Depart prevu a 10h, et la gouvernante se pointe a 9h30 nous etions encore en pyjama ! pas très cool ...

La villa correspond parfaitement à la description faite: spacieuse, très bien équipée et surtout avec une vue magnifique sur la baie du tombeau permettant de profiter des splendides lumières du coucher de soleil! La gentillesse et la disponibilité de Mary ainsi que ses talents de cuisinière sont la cerise sur le gateau pour un séjour exceptionnel!

bonjour, nous avons sejourné a 6 pers pendant 10 jours. tres belle maison, spacieuse, calme, sans vie a vie. grande piscine, mary est tout a fait charmante, souriante tres gentille et a l'ecoute. avec le jumbo a quelques km il suffit de sortir et de prendre un taxi pour les courses avec pleins de petit snack a l'interieur. (On a pris bus et taxi pour nos sortie. )maison dans laquelle on serait pres a y retourné pour d'autres vacances petit bemol, des foumis autour de la piscine par rapport aux plantes je pense donc a taiter car ils piques et entre dans la piscine. SINON JE RECOMMANDE GRANDEMENT CETTE LOCATION POUR DE MAGNIFIQUE VACANCES bye

- Propreté exceptionnelle - Arrivée très bien et indulgent (des bouchons) - Communication gérant un peu confus avec trop d'interlocuteurs, autrement très agréable - Emplacement, baie du tombeau sous estimé, la maison bénéficie d'un accès océan sans plage, ce qui a pour avantage de n'avoir personne devant, critère important pour nous. - Appréciation générale, très positive, villa très bien pensé, agencé et équipé, Merci pour tout !

Un superbe séjour dans une charmante villa tout confort..

"La réalité de la villa"correspond bien à l'annonce sur le site. Recommandé lorsque l'on a des enfants avec la piscine, l'espace de jeu avec le sable est largement suffisant. La mer est accessible par le portail meme si il n'y a pas de plage on peut la contempler tout seul et en silence loin du bruit des hotels..et y tremper ses pieds.. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine. Une très bonne literie... Je la recommanderai..

Nice stay

Location is quiet good sea view good space for our family of 7. Exactly like the picture. Had problem with wifi which was eventually resolved after a few days. Could suggest providing basic food for first day e.g bread milk and water as I realised the water provided was not free also we had to provide our own bin bags and toilet paper we had a large family so bin in kitchen was small and needed changing regularly. I suggest leaving spare bags and toilet paper. Although mary tried to accommodate her best Transfer service was great and the mini bus provided was spacious and accommodating for our family. Excellentes vacances les pieds dans l'eau !

Une superbe villa en bord de mer, au calme avec une belle piscine et une superbe vue sur la mer ! Nous avons aussi apprécié les échanges avec le propriétaire, très réactif, avant notre séjour. Que dire de l'accueil et de la cuisine de Mary : parfait ! Nous avons aussi loué une voiture avec Roy : impeccable ! En résumé : de très belles vacances. A refaire ! NB : s'il faut chipoter, nous dirions : une plage qui n'est pas juste devant la maison (mais il y en a plein avec un peu de voiture sur l'île), une clim un peu moins bruyante et un abri pour la voiture pour éviter la canicule avec un enfant en bas âge.

Un petit coin de paradis

Tout était parfait, l'accueil de Roy à l'aéroport, Mary qui nous attendait à la maison avec un délicieux petit repas. La maison est idéale il ne manque rien. Merci à Naim pour l'entretien de la piscine et pour les noix de coco 😉🌴 Les mauriciens sont d'une gentillesse incroyable... Encore merci

merci pour ce merveilleux sejour de trois semaines qui sont passees trop vite l'aperitif dans la piscine un moment delicieux Marie tres sympa la voiture a la villa c'est un plus tres appreciable il ne manque rien vaisselle a profusion ca c'est bien aussi car dans certaines maison tout est compté est c'est penible les couchages vraiment tres bons pour resumé un sejour sublime encore merci

C'était parfait !

Nous avons vraiment apprécié le confort et les équipements de cette villa, installée face à la Baie du Tombeau. Tout était parfaitement adapté à notre vie de famille (4 adultes avec 2 petits enfants qui ont apprécié les espaces intérieurs et extérieurs). Merci à Mary et Roy pour leur gentillesse et leur accueil.
