"Staff was very nice. Carpet looked dirty. My room was on the first floor and the glass window was broken. Breakfast is free and open at 4:30am but very limited option. Free parking, convenient hotel. "

"It was noisy because of all the slamming doors. The blackout curtain had multiple tears or holes. The A/C was barely adequate. This hotel needs a major renovation. "

"Staff was very attentive to our needs. We had an issue with the room and was immediately given another room and he apologized for the inconvenience and offered to help us move our luggage. Only issue that was a real problem was the noise created when adjoining room to our room 118 was when they ran the water in the morning. So loud it woke us up. The breakfast at 8am was very picked over and some items were depleted. The staff member offered to make more of the depleted items. When checking out the staff member again offered to help with the luggage and even held the door and wished us safe travels. We would recommend this property to anyone traveling in the area. "

"In our room the main TV didn’t work, the pillows were hard as a rock, the pool wasn’t open nor the hot tub. The furniture in the lobby was filthy with stains all over them. Will not return."

"This was the perfect rental for myself and a co worker. We were working Stillwater to Blackwell area for 2, Tonkawa was perfect. The house was amazing, clean, updated, quit, perfect for 2 or a family of 3-4. Janene was awesome, communications were timely for check in and out, responses were immediate.
