Jessie on the front desk made our stay wonderful. With her smile and friendly greeting, we knew our stay would be great.Jessie always tries to solve any problems with professionalism and respect.We really enjoyed our room in the annex area, we really appreciate the hospitality. We didn’t have any paranormal activity, but we hope to stay in the Mizpah again.

Air conditioning does not work on the entire property- the owners are good with it and know that the AC is out. It has not impacted business and there are no plans to repair it anytime soon. Patrons are paying to spend the night in a haunted hotel, not to be comfortable. Will never spend the night or eat at this Halloween themed museum ever again.
