Edificio accesible para discapacitados con rampas en gradas y ascensor.

Tiene una vista que permite observar la hermosa ciudad y el mar.

Tiene 3 cuartos, el master tiene una cama de 2 plazas, el cuarto 2 una cama de dos plazas y una de 1 1/2 y el cuarto 3 tiene una litera de 2 plazas cada cama y una de 1 1/2

Es perfecto por su ubicación en la calle principal del Club del Pacífico teniendo cercanía a servicios, comida, bebidas, comercio, cajeros, diversión y playa.

El edificio cuenta con zona de piscina para disfrutar en familia o con amigos, BBQ con mesas, sillas perfecto para un asado de mariscos, hidro masajes, sauna, gimnasio, parqueadero para 2 autos todo debidamente equipado al igual que el departamento amoblado.

La zona es muy segura y tranquila, por estar situado en la calle principal Av. Club del Pacífico puedes moverte a pie y si deseas ir a otras playas puedes tomar en la puerta el bus ínter playas, a pocos pasos hay micromercado.

Seguridad 24 horas en el edificio y parqueaderos.
