About this property

Cute remodeled 2 bedroom with office, long drive way, and 75” TV.

  • Charming vintage 1940s house with multi-level additions, featuring a step at the front and back, Queen bunk beds, a 75” smart TV, and a smart washer and dryer.

    Located on a quiet street, one block from Plat C park pickle-ball courts, a short walk to Hometown Grocery, and a short drive to Middle Canyon hiking trails.

    Just an hour from Wendover gambling, Park City skiing, and 30 minutes from Salt Lake City Airport and downtown, this home is perfectly situated for enjoying Utah’s attractions.

    Due to my wife's organ transplant and immunosuppressive medications, this property does not allow animals of any kind. We apology for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for understanding.
