We have now corrected the shower seal to avoid overflowing water and moved the shelf to a different location in the bathroom to ensure this does not incur again and created more space to shower. Hi Jennifer, we are sorry to read that your car was damaged while staying with us. If someone did hit your car we can certainly assist in pulling footage to assist in an insurance claim? Our carparks are a standard width in compliance to council standards. However, we do have wider carparks available for guests that may have a larger vehicle & we could have certainly assisted you with this option on request. We are disappointed to have received a 2/5 star review & only wish we could have assisted you during your stay with us.
