Family of 1 adult and 2 teenagers, the 2bdr apartment - Casuarina, was perfect for us. Had enough seating space to watch telly, eat and also read a book on the balcony. It was surprisingly very quiet considering the range is behind the venue and we never heard any traffic. The facilities were just what we needed and because of the teens changing every time we left, having a washer and dryer in the apartment was very handy but also the free wifi! Would definitely stay again!

Eastgate Motel is just at the top of the Range Highway and is easy to access, convenient to Queen's Park and Picnic Point and with a useful Night Owl shop and service station just behind. There is some traffic noise during the day but I was not aware of any at night. The staff are very friendly and obliging even during the Carnival when they would have been 'flat out! catering for tour groups.

The property was easy to find and met our needs. A toaster and kettle were provided but no plates or knives to be able to make or eat toast. The bed was large and super soft but the pillows were large and not comfortable.

Dear Sue, Thank you for your review, we provide a toaster and kettle in the rooms to compliment to continental breakfasts on offer. As we offer room service and there are no washing up facilities we do not supply crokery and cutlery in the rooms, however we can supply them on request.

We were very happy with our stay. The room was clean and smelt clean. The bed was very comfy. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. For a motel that has been in Toowoomba for years its upkeep was pretty good. Would definitely stay there again

We loved our stay! Service from all staff members was outstanding, really great. Room was superlarge and extra-quiet and we had a large bed with a very good mattress. Bathroom was very large, nice and comfortable too. All amenities were in a great condition. We also dined at the restaurant, where service was amazing. The only thing with a little bit of room for improvement was the food itself - it was very good, but not as excellent as everything else. We will certainly come back.
