We loved staying in the 2 bedroom apartment, very spacious and allowed for a beautiful one night stay. They allowed us to check in early, and they have an easy check in and check out process, and free basement parking. The local IGA grocery store, butcher and pharmacy were a 1 minute walk around the corner, so we were able to grab a few supplies very easily for dinner for the family. The only downside is that there is no gym or pool, but nevertheless it's a comfortable place to stay and we will definitely be back again!

The a/c system was locked on a certain temp so we had to sleep with the balcony door open all night to try to cool the room down. This made me feel very unsafe was we were staying there with our two children. If I can't adjust the a/c temp I wont stay there again!

My apartment at 7 Aubigny Street was very quiet and for once there was no problem with parking. The location is good and I would recommend this property as one to consider.

Was able to stay there as if I was at home with the facilities provided in the apartment. No noise heard from other apartments and someone a phone call away for any issues encountered. Like Channel 7 not coming through on TV in room. A reboot of system by the staff member and wella AFL Grand Final sorted.

The unit was not in the specific location the listing was under but a second property a block or so away. The building & unit security was excellent. The unit was spacious, in excellent condition & very well fitted out. We will definitely book again if holidaying the area again.

Good size rooms for 2 person overnight stay. Have to phone to get access to building. Only one extra blanket and that one had stains on it.

What a gem!
Excellent apartment in a great location. Well appointed and immaculately clean. All amenities, services and attractions were either a short walk or drive. The only criticism was that you only had a small supply of crockery. Apart from that we will stay again when we return to Toowoomba and would recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in Toowoomba.

The Laguna apartments were such a great place to stay when in Toowoomba. They are very clean and tidy, had everything you could ask for. Great location, very easy to find and was close to the main shopping/restaurant area.

Property is easy to get to and modern and nice. Check in was easy and plenty of parking. We did have a cockroach in our bedroom and I hate rain shower heads. Only other issue was no blind on kitchen windows but minor things really. Very clean and secure and quiet. If you don’t mind rain shower heads, you will like the room, but that’s a deal breaker for me. I do like my hand held showers. Overall a lovely place.

Disappointing that we were advised there would a queen bed and two singles. There was only a double bed and two singles. No Austar in the room again something that was advertised and the room was very dusty. The rooms were nice enough but disappointed in what we thought we were getting from our booking was not what was delivered

Dear Matthew, we dont have any apartments with double beds, they either have king and queen bed or queen and 2 king singles, I am not sure why you think they are double bed, maybe you are very big? We do have foxtel in every apartment, but unfortunately the foxtel had issue during your stay, the foxtel company is on to it . Its all now fixed, hope to see again.

This a a great property. Position to shops was good. Beds comfortable. We go to Toowooma on a regular basis and this accommodation will be our chosen place to stay from now on.

This place was modern really clean like a brand new display unit! Bedroom was huge. Bathroom had a rainfall shower head. Laundry. Outdoor patio super Few things I found annoying was the taps. They don’t tell you which way is hot or cold I would totally stay here again

Great stay
We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment in Aubigny St. It was modern, clean and well decorated and equal to 5 star. It had it's own private courtyard and large windows. Building security was great. We would definitely stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending and definitely value for money. Thanks Laguna.

What an excellent place to stay for our three night visit for the Festival of Flowers. From the time we booked we were kept up to date regarding our booking and our questions answered quickly. Self check in was explained very well and was simple. The one bedroom apartment is modern, spacious and very well appointed. The little patio was an unexpected plus and we had breakfast out there each morning. And the bed was extra comfortable. The location is central but nice and quiet at the same time. We travel a lot and this apartment is up there with the best we have enjoyed.
