Quiet modern family friendly South Toowoomba unit

Ground floor unit adjacent to our house in a quiet central location. Quiet leafy street with well appointed hotel nearby for wining and dining. Close proximity to shopping centres and CBD. Toowoomba Hospital and St Vincent's Private Hospital close by.
Shared Laundry facilities.
Self contained kitchenette complete with electric cook top and oven, microwave and dishwasher.
Queen sized bed in master bedroom and two single beds in second bedroom. Cot also available if required. Master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe attached.
Wall heater in main living area and ceiling fans in bedrooms and lounge area.
Quiet outdoor veranda area with barbecue facilities.
Please note that unfortunately we do not have WiFi or air conditioning.

Great position, quiet leafy area of Toowoomba. Central to all city amenities. The unit is family friendly, very safe and the addition of chickens outside the lounge window was lovely. Very clean unit with all needs catered for.No Wi-Fi which didn't bother us as we were out a fair bit. Some noise from upstairs but nothing significant. I would highly recommend and definitely book this apartment again.

Great spot, lovely place

Terry was very accommodating and understanding when it came to my kids. My 4 yr old was recovering from surgery so we appreciated the comfortable beds, well designed space and proximity to town and services.

Super Comfy and welcoming

Very functional, clean and homely. The owners are nearby but unobtrusive. Home was beautifully clean. I loved the chooks in the back yard and the visit from Phoebe the lovable dog. We stayed a touch over a week while our house was painted. And it was perfect for what we needed

Towoomba unit

Great stay as we had our father in hospital for surgery. Terry was very kind and made sure during our stay we were comfortable. The unit is very spacious and clean. Very happy.

What a lovely modern unit! Very clean and comfortable. The beds were great! Very quiet location central to everything. Basic staples in the pantry were great! Terry, the owner, is a lovely man and very obliging to requests. The tenant upstairs was also lovely and very friendly. We loved saying hello to the beautiful poodle, Phoebe, as well as the chooks, who greeted us each morning. It is a real “home away from home” and we highly recommend.

only one drawback

Loved the location and the unit. Only one minus. Lack of wifi. The dog was so very friendly towards me on our first meeting. Even rolled over and asked for a belly rub.Next and every time after that she wagged her tail like mad but then scooted away. We had trouble with a blocked toilet the last day of our stay. Reported it to the host who said he would get a plumber out to look at it. We left the unit about eight the next morning so don't know what time the plumber arrived. The toilet bowl was almost brimming over when we left.Loved the "girls". Three very friendly chooks.

Great location and Comfortable

The property is as described. The unit is downstairs on the right side. There are upstairs neighbours and we could hear that they were home but the noise was minimal. We stayed in winter and there were plenty of warm blankets on the beds. The beds were very comfortable, even the singles. The kitchen is well stocked with great appliances including a slow cooker, sandwich press, pod coffee machine, blender and toaster. There were lots of herbs and spices provided but no sauces. There was tea and coffee. There was an iron. The bathroom had limited shampoo and conditioner provided but we had some of our own so wasn't a problem. The same for toilet paper. There was one spare roll provided but for a 4 night stay for three people, we had to get some more. Plenty of towels were provided. There is no wi-fi which wasn't really an issue for us as we were out and about during the days and sleeping at night. I just used my phone data if needed. Myself and two grandkids enjoyed our stay. Thanks to the hosts.

Wonderful quiet location

A quiet tree-lined street with lovely old houses in the nearby streets and good nearby parks. A clean, modern place with a lovely outdoor area.
