Cozy basement apartment-private entrance-seasonal hot tub! No shared spaces.

Enjoy the basement apartment of my home in the Potwin area. It’s great for legislators and traveling nurses or people traveling because I’m just by I-70. No shared spaces in the home. I live upstairs but you will have your own entrance w/keypad, as well as one off street parking space. I never see my guests unless they ask to meet me.

This apartment has a large bedroom, small living area with 50” TV, & full bath with a mini fridge & free laundry. I have shower items too, so pack light!
