Great bar, restaurant, service. Room clean, comfortable, inviting. Parking ~ well you are pretty much on your own. No valet, no garage, NO NOTHING! Space is available on the street and is not that inconvenient, just not what I expect from a class operation. That being said. I'll go back any time I'm in Topeka.

Staff was very accommodating. Garage was a bit far away and difficult to use because of their request that hotel guests park on the upper floors. We enjoyed our large room. Restaurant dinner was well presented but was not up to the quality of the hotel.

Gem in the heartland

Highly recommend this jewel of a hotel in downtown Topeka. It was nice to be able to walk to the capitol and see some sights on a Saturday night. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. My husband enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It was exceptionally clean. If I’m ever in Topeka again, I would stay here.

I loved my stay at the Cyrus hotel. The hotel staff was super friendly. My friend and I showed up during the training of a new employee and even she was amazing. We called to see if r we could get an early check in and they wrote down our names to be called if rooms became available and they did call us probably 30min after our initial call. They were also very helpful when it came to recommendations on food in the area! I wish I remembered their names! But both front desk employees were amazin!

Fantastic Hotel - couldn't ask for better

We had an absolutely lovely stay. The staff are so nice and provided the best service we've had in years. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant is great - we had several meals there. We enjoyed the convenience of the downtown location as well.

Great stay

Even though my stay was just a stop along a road trip, I very much enjoy staying at the Cyrus. The rooms are clean, well decorated, and meet all my needs. I love that they are dog friendly and that there is convenient (and free) on-street parking even in the heart of Topeka downtown. I have stayed multiple times before and highly recommend to anyone going to or passing through Topeka.

Second time staying at the Cyrus in Topeka and I really like this place. Older hotel that is done really well and makes you feel like you are staying at a classic hotel. If you get a corner room with window views it is just awesome.
