This trip I met the owner and managers who are all very professional and anxious to please. I especially appreciated Zach, who is the maintenance supervisor, for his zeal and helpfulness.

They are not approved for breakfast at this time, the hot tub was out of order, the rooms were dirty, the place was pretty run down we didnt stay the night we left because of the rooms being dirty. The staff was very nice.

Not at all impressed.

I had requested a handicapped accessible room. What I got was a regular room with no bars in bathroom or in shower. The room was the furthest away from the main desk. The phone in the room didn't work. I walked to desk, told them about the phone, and asked for an extra blanket. No one came for either item.

Needles what a junkie hotel

No room service so when we were cleaning the room. My gf pulled back the curtains and felt something hard like a pen so when she pulls this item out it was too needle syringes. When we told front desk they brushed it off threw out the used needles and that was it

Smelly and loud in the west wing

Decent location but it seemed like the place had people living in it and not just staying everyone was put in one wing of hotel very loud and dogs barking smoke smell food smell marijuana smell towels were a bit grey and dirty it seemed like but the desk did bring up a couple more at 10:15 at night because they said I had a review saying towels were dirty no I would not stay here with my family

Smells like cigarette smoke everywhere, our room’s floor was dirty, toilet paper not replenished, no coffee cups available but then we found mold in the coffee pot anyways, hot tub didn’t have water in it. Not the grossest hotel ever, though, so probably fair for the price.

There was cockroaches in the bathroom, the heater for the pool had been turned off so my grandkids couldn’t swim, which is why I chose this hotel. I requested towels for 4 people and they only had 1 to give us. Didn’t ask if we wanted our room cleaned the next day.
