"We were on the second floor and we're invaded by a massive amount of ants! Whatever they used to wash sheets and clean their floors and rooms stunk! Have never been somewhere so disappointing in their cleanliness. Will NEVER go to a Hyaght again."

"Our stay intertwined with a last minute event the hotel booked days before we arrived for our stay. The guests for the event took all of the parking lot spaces, once not able to find parking after a long event of our own for the weekend, the hotel staff informed us there was an "event" and that we as the guests for the weekend of the hotel were supposed to park across a busy intersection or the car lot across at the other side of the busy intersection. When asked why we as guests were not informed before, "management", informed me it wa "just part of it and staying at any hotel". We had to walk late at night across a busy intersection on the opposite side of the street and then stay up so we could m one our car to the hotel parking lot. The manger proceeded additionally mock me and laugh with the staff as we walk away to our room. "

"There were a few issues. There was no plug in for a lamp that also was to be a plug in for the bed table. The elevator was out the entirety of our stay. Our sink didn't drain. The staff, however, were amazing. Shout out to Bonnie who had us laughing over all the issues. Breakfast was great!"
