"Excellent staff, they were very friendly, knowledge and well-mannered. I felt like I was visiting a relative or friend who was helping me understand Niš better.
Room was clean and bed was very comfortable -- even with my jet lag, I had a good night sleep. The view was beautiful; I could see the city and local neighbors from my little balcony.
Breakfast was well priced, had good options and was tasty. Overall an excellent experience 1) because of the staff; 2) the price and 3) the hotel's space and cleanliness. "

The hotel is beautiful. The room we had was truly lovely, an executive suite. Truly worth the extra little amount for the larger room. We lived the shower pressure and could have stayed in it for an hour. The bed was super comfortable.
The parking garage is on the main road with a small blue P sign just before the main square before the pizza place. Easy to miss the first time around as it doesn’t say Ambassador just a P in blue for parking. The staff talked to me on the phone and waited outside for me to make sure I didn’t miss it a 2nd time. Super sweet ladies at check in and check out. Everyone was very helpful. The spa was lovely and I wish I had a couple of free hours to enjoy it rather than a quick walk thru. Enjoy your time in Nis at this hotel!"
