"Nice, small one bedroom unit. Recently redone and nicely appointed. The kitchen is sparsely equipped, but quite functional. For example, I had to buy a cutting board to make a salad as there wasn't one available.The unit has a horrible smell eminating from the laundry room which is located in a closet in the bedroom. We emailed with the owners on several occasions to try to get it rectified. We went out and bought bleach to clean the washer to no avail. The owner sent in a maintenance...

"Our family loved this house and location! The house was very well stocked including beach chairs, wagons, paddle boards and much more. The community pool is close by as well. The house is close to the beach and inlet sides, and you can even walk the entire way around the southern point. We are thankful to have stayed in this house and look forward to returning."

"The condo was exactly as described and very clean. Laura is an excellent host and was available to help when needed. I loved that there was a swimming pool across the street and if you drive to the end of the island you can swim and fish on the sound side. Will definitely book this condo again."

"We absolutely enjoyed our brief stay at this condo. The ocean front location was ideal for a relaxing stay. The views from the main bedroom were great for watching the sunrise from the comfort of bed. The outdoor deck furnishings were very nice especially being bar height so we could enjoy unobstructed views. All necessary amenities were provided for making meals and feeling "at home". Thank you for sharing your property and we will definitely keep it on our list for a longer return visit."

"This was the PERFECT place for us to stay. The Beach was right outside, the parking was easy. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and then some! I LOVED that there was a brand new sponge!!!There were beach towels to use, chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas. I loved that the beds were not made. This may be a pain for some, but it allows you to see the mattress and mattress cover, and shows you the sheets are clean!The pool across the street was huge and the only hiccup was that the hot tub wasn't working, which while disappointing on a cool weekend, was not the owner's fault. "

"This was a wonderful week at Topsail, largely due to the Searenity being such a wonderful place to stay. The starter supplies were great, the living room was spacious and comfortable, and the king sized bed was restful. We appreciated the double sinks in the master bath as well. The Searenity was welcoming and clean. We even extended our stay by one night because we just didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend this property."
