"We had a super stay! Staff was all friendly and helpful, we got a surprise upgrade to a penthouse suite which we didn’t need, but truly appreciated. The porch spaces took superior advantage of the views from this hotel. The pools were AMAZING and the parking safe and secure. Nice location to walk the pier and enjoy the downtown. "I am extremely disappointed that, despite having booked and paid for accommodation through my business for a vulnerable person, and having received a booking confirmation, the accommodation was not available upon arrival. When we arrived at the property, we were informed that Expedia had double-booked the accommodation and that no room was available for us. As a result, I spent my entire Friday evening urgently searching for alternative accommodation to ensure that this vulnerable person did not have to sleep on the street. This situation caused significant stress, inconvenience, and disruption, particularly given the vulnerable circumstances of the individual concerned. I had relied on the confirmed booking and expected that the accommodation I had paid for would be available. The failure to honour the booking placed both myself and the person I was supporting in an unacceptable position."

She gave us some nice suggestions for restaurants around the area. The restaurant on site was so laid back; great staff as well and TVs playing all kinds of sports.
