Breakfast is amazing, with delicious traditional cheeses, eggs made to order, Salmon, typical Italian sweet breakfast and good coffee. The bed was not that good for my back, but then I am very fussy. "Beautiful hotel, amazing view of the lake, everyine working there was so friendly. My only issue was when booking through a 3rd party site you don't get acccess to the pool we were not told that upon checking in. We decided to go to the pool and used our key which didn't open it, the front desk told us there would be a $10 a day per person charge if we wanted to use the pool. The person checking us in should of mentioned it or it should be posted upon check in of the fee if not booked directly...

"We liked the ambiance,staff and breakfast buffet. Room view was a Carpark at exhaust level to your open windows. No oven or grill in the mini kitchen was disappointing."

"The staff here is mostly friendly. The breakfast buffet was great with lots of choices. The room was pretty clean, the bathroom had some leftover hairs from a previous person, but the linens were a bit pitiable with holes in the bath towels and bed comforters."
