"The property is very close to the airport and very easy to get to on foot. The air conditioning was labouring but it was over 40 degrees in Paris the night of our visit. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was wonderful. Guests should be aware this is a self serve hotel. You check yourself in and out, you serve yourself meals. The only comment I have is that we booked a room on the first floor with a king size bed. It turned out to be a wheel chair accessible room. I think this should have been mentioned in the room description."

"The hotel is nice. It has everything you need. The price of the hotel if fair but everything else is price from the restaurant to the laundry service. $10.00 for a pair of men's underpants! $12.00 for an undershirt. I took an Uber to a local laundromat. Besides that the place was clean but the people are not so friendly. Asking for anything was like they were being asked for a major task. I don't think I would stay there again. The good thing is the hotel is located close to Disneyland Paris and offers a free shuttle there and back."

"I think the roof-top bar gives you such a panoramic view of the city, simply breath-taking. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The breakfast is reasonably priced and very good. Room cleaning was interesting insofar as they do a basic cleaning but did not make the beds daily Kind of hit or miss. The outside area is typical Paris walk 5 meters away from the building and it is a little worn-out. But, that is due to the neighborhood is under redevelopment. Overall great location and stay."

"It’s quite obvious that this is a grand old hotel. It has marvelous bones and is located in a fabulous part of the city. The staff at the front desk was excellent, cordial and professional. Concierge / guest services seemed a bit less polished. We were disappointed to find a half-consumed water bottle in our room when we arrived, and it didn’t seem to be cleaned to an appropriate standard given the facility and the price. I requested that the room be re-cleaned while we went to Sunday dinner at Girafe and that was not done. Breakfast (room service) on the private balcony the next morning was perfect, however. Our order, while simple, was properly prepared and presented. And the view / fresh air experience in the early morning sun instantly became a lifelong memory and a lasting highlight of our trip."
