"Overall condition of the hotel is extremely good, staff are friendly, but spa staff seem a little untrained. 3 staff members thought it better to chat to each other instead of attending to a customer stood in front of them., which was picked up by another member of staff who was on the phone. Gym and pool facilities are excellent and the pool spa is incredible, and very good for families, although no lifeguard could be seen. Check in and out process seems relatively long and overly complex, not sure why. Just a short distance from Disney on the free shuttle bus, I would just add that the driving was not the best, given it is a bus full of children. I would stay here again, and very much enjoyed the stay."

"The staff was incredibly helpful, especially the bartender. The water park (included) next door is a huge plus, and the breakfast buffet had a pretty good selection of food and beverage. Room was big and the tv was huge."
Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel

"The hotel is lovely, and our room was spotless with a wonderful balcony view of the Eiffel Tower. We did notice a minor issue in the bathroom—a right section of the sink’s surface turned light yellow after a while, which was likely leftover residue from a cleaning solution. Fortunately, giving it a quick scrub with soap solved the problem completely. My only real complaint is the rooftop lounge: having to pay an entrance fee as a staying guest feels like a cash grab; it really should be included with the room."
Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel

"Great experience staying at Novotel. Rooms were clean, it is much closer to Eiffel Tower. Many food options are available since we don’t opt for breakfast at Novotel so really can’t comment about food. But all in all we had a great time there, staff is friendly and helpful. You get cabs and metro easily."
