"Me pareció ideal el hotel ya que al día siguiente teníamos el vuelo temprano y la conexión al aeropuerto era oportuna. Nos gustó también porque contaba con cafetería, restaurante y bar la cual pudimos disfrutar la noche anterior. Muy bonito la zonas comúnes y juegos!."

"I was very disappointed in this property. Once I checked in I noticed the fridge was broken. While I was at dinner they replaced it with a different dirty broken fridge. When my husband went to the desk the only solution offered was to keep our items in a fridge where staff can only access or get ice from the bar. It was only until after I went to the desk and spoke to someone different that they were even willing to change our rooms so we did not need to wait until the following morning for a technician to come in. If you arrive at breakfast at 8:30 or later you can expect them to be out of a large number of items. When I opened my curtains I noticed peanut shells on the floor. There are many people with peanut allergies fortunately not myself however this can actually cause a deadly allergic reaction which is a major concern. The pool was nice however they have a lot of weird rules & it is off the property. The front desk also forgot my silver benefits and I needed to remind them."

"Air conditioning doesn’t work properly - it says it’s at 16 degrees Celsius but it was actually at 22 degrees and sleeping with heat was hard. They gave no solution but fans. What bothers me is that they lied about it trying to convince me that the aircon was working properly. It wasn’t. Fruit for breakfast was unsavory. Concierge was very attentive and nice overall. "

"The property was fantastic! It was right near the Zaan Sebastian metro which is central to all sights. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The service was excellent. The hotel was near to shopping, food, and just pleasurable walking. The junior suite was roomy and well appointed. It would be tight for three with a lot of luggage, but perfect for 2 people with average luggage. Plan on bringing my daughter back. Loved it!"

"When we arrived at 10 PM in the evening, we were given a room with air-conditioning that did not work and it was a hot day in Paris. The hotel had been having problems with their air-conditioning in many rooms and the lobby were quite hot as well. The hotel staff had no concern for the fact we had a very hot room. It took us 45 minutes to wait to speak with the manager to be put in a room with operating air-conditioning. Further, travelers should be aware, if traveling with two people, the beds are enclosed on three sides, which requires the person sleeping on the interior to crawl over the person sleeping on the exterior in order to get out of bed for any reason. I would not stay in this hotel again."

"Very good accommodation in the short proximity to shopping areas and Notre Dame. Quite, cozy, all you need is there, incl. iron, coffee machine and wine opener. Would be great to have wifi password correct from the beginning. but host replied within a minutes after we were notable to connect."
