Het huis is gelegen in de rustige, residentiële wijk Mas Mora met uitzicht en op 5 km van Blanes en 8 km van Lloret de Mar. Enkele km verderop ligt het mooie Tossa de Mar. Lakens, handdoeken, wifi, water, elektriciteit en verwarming zijn in de prijs inbegrepen. De villa is vrijstaand met eigen pas aangelegd zwembad van 9 m, met mozaïek betegeld en heeft veranderlijke ledverlichting. Het huis is compleet en eigentijds ingericht. De slaapkamers zijn voorzien van nieuw meubilair. Tuinmeubilair en reden te over om aan het zwembad te relaxen. Een grote tuin en ruim dakterras met prachtig uitzicht, bijkomend terras bij de woonkamer. Naast zon, zee en strand bij de vele dichtbijzijnde kuststeden, kunt u ook uw hart ophalen in Girona. Deze historische, gezellige stad op nauwelijks een half uurtje rijden, heeft veel te bieden. Ook de wereldstad Barcelona bereikt u in een uur met de auto of met de trein. Voor de liefhebbers van Salvador Dali zijn Figueras en Cadaques uitgelezen plaatsen. Hiernaast zijn er de vele mooie natuurgebieden zoals Montserrat en Montseny en de aantrekkelijke stad Vic. Voor elk wat wils dus en het huis is het hele jaar door te huur!

COMFORTABLE HOME-WONDERFUL LOCATION

Very comfortable home in a fantastic location. Everything you need. Excellent mattresses. Owner and caretaker very attentive. Wonderful restaurants and markets nearby. Beautiful surroundings. Easy access to Girona and Barcelona. We will stay here again.

Beautiful Villa Experience with Excellent Communication

Overall, we had a great experience. The villa was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was peaceful and ideal for a relaxing getaway.We were a bit surprised, however, to find that there was no air conditioning—only one room had daily air circulation. While it didn’t significantly impact our stay, it’s something future guests may want to be aware of, especially during warmer months.We also experienced a power outage during our stay, which temporarily left us without electricity. Thankfully, the owner was very responsive and helpful throughout, and the issue was resolved.Despite these minor inconveniences, we truly enjoyed our time at the villa and would consider returning.

Our Second Stay in this Wonderful Home

This was our 2nd stay in this comfortable home. Very well located-with comfortable beds. We are frequent European travelers and this home has some of the best beds we have slept in. We noticed this trip that there is an ocean view from the street. This contemporary home is just so very well located. Close to everything with excellent restaurants nearby. Griet and Patrick are among the best homeowners we have rented from- they address each and every need without hesitation. We are picky Americans and will stay here again. Cathy

Super erholt

Wir waren schon oft in Ferienhäuser. Dieses Ferienhaus ist im Preis Leistung sehr gut! Die Schlafzimmer sind relativ groß und die Betten waren bequem. Das Wohnzimmer war auch groß genug. Die Küche war leider der einzige Minuspunkt. Es waren zu wenig gute Pfannen und Töpfe vorhanden, auch das Besteck fanden wir nicht so toll. Der Pool war dagegen der absolute Hammer. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kleiner Tipp noch an die Gastgeberin. Eine kleine Mappe mit ein paar Infos wäre manchmal hilfreich. Für den Preis ist die Unterkunft absolut zu empfehlen.

Un super séjour

Un magnifique séjour en Espagne à une heure de la frontière et a une heure de Barcelone. Une maison très agréable, avec de très beaux espaces conviviaux pour y manger, s’y poser pour lire, chiler, et y s’amuser. Une magnifique piscine au sel, les enfants se sont donné à cœur joie et idéal pour y bronzer . Un grand merci au propriétaire pour leur disponibilité, leur amabilité, pour l’entretien de la maison. un petit message pour la personne de l’ entretient des espaces verts ainsi que de la piscine très pro et toujours disponible . Ne pas oublier la situation géographique qui impeccable pour se déplacer à la plage, prendre le train et le très beau marché à faire. Encore un grand merci, nous avons passé un très bon séjour, on y reviendra avec grand plaisir. Je vous le conseille.

Prachtige tuin met mooi uitzicht

Wij hebben genoten! Bij vragen was er snel reactie omdat een aantal (kleine) dingen niet helemaal op orde waren. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaresse. Kids hebben heerlijk genoten van het zwembad en de tuin.

Agradable y tranquilidad

Han sido 5 dias de relax, a la casa no le falta detalle, no hemos salido para nada! Los niños han disfrutado del jardín y de la piscina! Griet y familia anfitriones brillantes, hemos podido hablar cada vez que lo necesitábamos. Nos gusta mucho la zona muy tranquila y bonitas vistas.

Agréables vacances

La villa est très bien située entre mer et montagne, point de départ de nombreuses découvertes. Elle est très confortable et dispose d'une merveilleuse piscine dont l'entretien est assuré par Miguel, sympathique et serviable personne ! Merci à Lui ! Les propriétaires sont très réactifs en cas de petits "problèmes techniques". La chambre parentale n'est pas entièrement occultée, ce qui peut s'avérer être gênant. La mise à disposition de quelques notices d'utilisation des appareils serait utile (par ex : emplacement du compteur électrique). Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour et recommandons cette location.

It was all very nice and as advertised. Splendid views. The owner was friendly and approachable, but not locally present. Via phone and web we could quickly reach her. The only shortcomings we could think of were the metal lattice gate protecting the sliding doors, it was quite difficult to open and close them. Also, we were bothered a bit by mosquitos at night.

Urlaub im September 2022

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus und die Umgebung sehr schön. Das Haus bzw. die Räumlichkeiten wie im Profil angegeben. Ein Auto ist von Vorteil, aber da wir mit dem Auto angereist sind, war es kein Problem für uns. Einzige Manko: der Pool war sehr kalt 😉 Würden jederzeit wieder buchen. LG Astrid

Toller Urlaub

Für uns war es der erste Urlaub in Spanien und wir haben es sehr genossen.Die Unterkunft entsprach den Beschreibungen via FeWo.Der Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin zur Klärung von Fragen war sehr freundlich,angenehm,witzig und sehr vertrauensvoll.Wer Ruhe und Entspannung haben möchte ist dort genau richtig.Da es eine reine Wohngegend ist , muss zum Einkaufen nach Tordera gefahren werden , die Versorgung dort ist absolut super.Spansich .- bzw. Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.Mit dem E-bike kommt man auch gut von Tordera wieder zum Domiziel.Fahrradtouren sollten hier genauestens geplant werden,da manche Wege ins Nirvana führen.Als Empfehlung an die Eigentümerin empfehle ich die Lage des Sicherungskasten mit in den Hausunterlagen aufzunehmen , den bei schweren Gewitter haut es schonmal die Hauptsicherung raus.Da wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben , werden wir gerne dieses Haus bei unserem nächsten Spanienurlaub wieder buchen.Anja und Thomas

Superbe villa et magnifique vue à 55' de Barcelone.

Superbe villa spacieuse comprenant 3 chambres doubles dont une avec suite parentale (douche à l'italienne !), salle de bain supplémentaire, grand salon, cuisine très fonctionnelle, wifi, 2 télévisions magnifique piscine aux éclairages mauves la nuit tombée, espaces extérieurs conviviaux pour déjeuner, rooftop avec vue exceptionnelle et ventilateurs intérieurs. Contacts très conviviaux avec les propriétaires via les réseaux. Chouettes petits restaurants typiques à proximité (à 400m et sur Tordera). Plage à 10 minutes en voiture (Blanes), Barcelone à une petite heure. Superbe semaine de vacances ! A recommander sans hésitation ! Groetjes aan Griet en Patrick. Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé 15 jours avec mon mari, mon fils et sa copine. Belle, grande maison bien équipée, il manque juste l'air conditionné. La piscine est un vrai plus et la terrasse sur le toit le soir pour voir le coucher de soleil, magique . Bonne communication avec les propriétaires qui sont à l'écoute.

Vacances a Tordera

Bonne état générale de la maison , extérieur a améliorer ex: banc sur la terrasse arrière cassé , terrasse arrière pas nettoyée, chaise sur petite terrasse un pied plus que bancal, 2 chaises longue autour de la piscine qui son enfin de vie . Mais rien de tout ca n'a gaché nos vacances .Propriétaire sympa et reactif. Vous pouvez louer les yeux fermés .

El alojamiento excelente, casa grande y no le falta ningún detalle, tiene de todo, en buen estado y muy limpia. Jardín y piscina muy bien cuidado. Para desconectar del stress y estar en familia, no hace falta salir de la casa. Los propietarios muy atentos y comprensivos, solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento. Lo recomiendo al 100%.

Ideale Adresse wenn man keinen Touristenrummel mag

Wir hatten zwei sehr angenehme Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht, es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Vermieterin war bei Fragen immer per whatsapp erreichbar, wir hatten eine gute Kommunikation. Als Verbesserungsvorschlag möchte ich eine Aircondition anregen um die tagsüber im Haus angestaute Hitze zu mildern. In unseren beiden Urlaubswochen war es sehr heiß in der Region und im vorderen Schlafzimmer nachts äußerst unangenehm. Tagsüber sorgte der große Pool für Abkühlung, abends nach Sonnenuntergang war es auf der Dachterrasse gut auszuhalten. Mietern dieses Hauses sollte klar sein, dass aufgrund der Lage des Objekts, ein Fahrzeug unabdingbar ist. Dafür ist man aber weit weg von jeglichem Touristenrummel. Wir würden dieses Ferienhaus sofort wieder buchen. Die wenigen negativen Bewertungen hier können wir nicht bestätigen.
