"Check in was a nightmare, no staff on duty EVER just a notice in Spanish which we eventually translated saying if you have a problem walk to another hotel on the other side of the village and they will help you. I should of received an email before arrival which informed me of which room and the entry password but I never received it. "bathroom small for a junior suite and no bidet and seperate shower cubicle. the Hotel is amazing. I didnt mind paying for car parking but we did mind being charged 20 euro each to use the indoor pool !!"

"This hotel is a family run hotel. The staff are very attentive and willing to help. A home made 4 course traditional French cuisine evening meal is available and is prepared by the family. The evening meals are excellent as are breakfasts. This is a lovely, traditional French and charming hotel. I can't rate it highly enough. The tortoises in the coart yard just added to the hotel's charm and were suprisingly nifty."

The steak was cooked well done when we asked for medium, and the other dishes we tried were a little bland for our taste. The breakfast buffet was expansive and good."

"Very nice hotel, staff was great. Our 5 year old got sick and the staff was awesome and got us extra towels for cleaning up from him getting sick. The room was spacious with an upstairs loft area and a downstairs pull out sofa. Location wasn't walkable with the kids to anything in the center, but it was convenient because parking was free and the grocery store was right across the street."

"Location is SUPER!! overlooking Luz-Saint-Sauveur, comfortable & efficient space. clean sheets & enough linens, but you have to make the beds or pay a fee. Checking in was a bit of a hassle since we didn’t notice the front desk timing but they were thoughtful enough to send me an e mail, but still I didn’t read it! It worked at the end & big thanks to the front desk lady for her efforts to reach us. Only 2 comments I would give to the management…. Please provide soap & dishwashing detergent, & maybe consider adding a washing machine. Note: there’s no a/c so if it’s hot it could be uncomfortable"
