"Located in a very busy part of town. Accessible to shops and transport. was super busy, there was a line to check in/out and for the evelator. Rooms were small and adequate, nothing fancy but good price for Toronto. Mainly clean but the room entrance is small and just has a bit of weird vibe 30 min walk to Downtown Toronto. We didn't spend too much time in the hotel but they provide breakfast. Parking is not included and gets full. Note parking nearby is expensive but parking next door advertises a lower than average price. Do not park there if you are a solo traveler. The parking lot is unsecured ( the garage door that you enter thru with your vehicle is the same one you will need to use to collect ur car however at night this parking lot is abandoned, there was only three cars parked in the entire parking lot and the exits are not safe. In one , when we went down the stairs a man was standing on the other side of the door and lunged at us, yelling and trying to get in. We managed to hold on to the door. The other exit is literally next to the back end of the hotel where the hotel parking is but accessing the hotel is not easy or intuitive, you have to cross the barrier on foot and walk down the lower level to get to the hotel otherwise you end up going into the building for residents. Either pay the hotel fee to avoid an unsafe situation or if they are sold out look for another safer parking option . Check out was intense as the lines were long and chaotic so plan ahead"
