The staff is exceptional!! Enjoy the clean rooms, ideal setting for walking, sports events, shopping etc. Love it so much I’ve lost count how many times I’ve been!!
The room was clean. The floor was white tiled which gave the room a larger feel. The staff was very helpful, especially Liang, the cleaning lady.
The location is very close to the Kensington market which is a totally unique place to walk through

Get what you pay for, but don’t let the pictures fool you. The floors are nice and marble along with the bathroom. Bed is super comfy and is around a super convenient area. Only things was, they directed us to 585 Dundas st and took us to stay at a whole other location located on grange Ave which is a little 5-8 min walk which is a bit annoying but other than that, hosts give you your space to be free.
False advertisement, this is a hostel not a hotel. You have to wait until someone shows up and then take you for a walk, to another place (not a hotel, but a hostel)
The place smell like toilet and rooms smell like bleach, the fan wasn’t working in the room and the beds are very squeaky.
Hands down one of the worse places to stay.

This place is a hostel not a hotel - rooms are minute and claustrophobic, just big enough for a small double bed, no phone, no bathroom, no amenities. Shared WC/bathroom is down the narrow corridor (rooms on both sides) with a lock that can be picked from the outside, totally unacceptable. But the price I was charged was for a regular downtown Toronto hotel ($200/night). It's a disgrace and should not be listed on Expedia.com.
Very small room with no TV or side tables or bedside lamp. Bathmat worn. 2 towels for 3 night stay. The area is generally safe but feels very sketchy. People hanging around outside. Handwritten signs and room doors don’t automatically lock. There was no “This is a hotel” sign out front and it was not clear how to check in. No front desk. Bed was hard but serviceable. Air conditioner hanging out of the window sideways with plastic stuffed in the sides to “seal” it. God help you if it was winter.
Está muy limpio y muy buena ubicación, está muy céntrico, tiene su propio baño, lo que no me agrada es que es difícil si te toca un segundo piso y se escucha lo de la habitación de a lado
