"We loved our stay at the intercontinental, the staff went above and beyond providing exceptional Customer service. We did an early check in which was much appreciated and because we were celebrating our birthdays, we were upgraded to a premium room and even received a delicious mouse bday cake delivered to the door. We also availed of the spa which was lovely. Received facials, used the pool, and hot tub area. Had tea in the spa lounge. My only concern here was that we had been looking forward to using the outdoor lounging area but it was closed for painting which meant there wasn’t much room to stay and relax in the spa area. The staff at the Intercontinental hotel and spa were top notch."
