The hotel room was clean but small. Beds were small. No gym or pool on site have to go to Good Life which is across the street down the road. There was construction everywhere very hard to get into the parking lot. No breakfast included. It was expensive for the amenities it did not have.

Spoke to a lady named Jessica. She is was very kind and considerate and allowed early check in my father. He had flown in a long trip from England, very tired and is elderly. I felt reassured all the way in England that my dad would be taken care of. The room was prepared by housekeeping earlier than expected and it jsut made his day as he could sleep and rest after a difficult and very long journey of air travel and several flights! Thank you for your understanding and accommodating. Willl remember this.

Our room with a queen size bed was clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean, with nice amenities. I liked that a night light went on automatically if lights not on. The kitchen area with coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave and space to use appliances was great. The only issue was the loudness of bathroom fan and air conditioner when they went on. Great sleep! Nice seating area.

The restaurant was closed and there wasn’t much in walking distance for us to have breakfast. There was also an addict sitting on the bench outside injecting drugs into her fingers, which was awkward to need to walk past. Inside the staff were great and friendly, room was clean and nice (other than pillows that were too thick and hurt both our necks).
