The property was very clean and is located in a nice, quiet area. It is walking distance from the mall and other stores. There was also free parking at the property which was convenient since I had a car rental. I would recommend it, particularly for solo travellers, since there are quiet hours to accommodate sleeping guests (11pm - 8am).

I liked that it was in a quite area and walkable to restaurants. Everything was perfect, the only thing was the bed was uncomfortable and noisy, other than that was a good spot with private bathroom

Cozy, Positive Experience

My stay was a great experience. I love that it was clean, quiet and had a shared kitchen. even though it has 5 other rooms with people staying in them we never saw them or heard them. everyone respected the rules and space. we shared a bathroom with 2 other rooms and never had a problem. it was always left clean. There is a Go Bus and a transit bus a few blocks away and restaurants, stores, etc. I would stay there again! also very affordable.

Overall great experience and perfect for couples visiting for 1 or 2 days. Washroom was super clean which was a highlight. Just the room door had little gaps so if other guests arrive the lights and there noise disturb a little bit. Rooms were not fully soundproof.

It was a nice guest home, we stayed on the second floor. The room was well kept and the shower was amazing despite being shared. Never saw another guest haha everyone kept to themselves which was good and the smart locks were easy to navigate. My only complaint is that the walls and floors were very thin so anything more than a whisper or hush-toned speech can be picked up through them.

Host allowed early check-in, there were other guests who were coordial and polite. Others came in and went. Presence of other folks creating noise from time to time around the property doing stuff, not under the control of hosts, and are unable to deal with such stuff. Free bottled water, tea/coffee, access to utensils, laundry, etc. Great value for money. Some rooms have attached washrooms while others don't. Some bugs on the property encountered regularly.

It was nice to have a bed and private bathroom. Please note that this "room" is on the main floor of someone's home, next to their kitchen and laundry machines. The instructions noted that there was quiet time between 10pm-8am. However, the residents were quite noisy during this time, impacting my sleep, as they live right below this bedroom in the basement. The resident was showering and blow drying their hair at 1am, and doing their laundry at 4am. The walls are thin, and the noise carries through the home. There was two used floss lines on the bathroom floor from the previous rental. The room was tidy, but could be deep cleaned. Please note that there is no top sheet on the bed, only a comforter, and there is no pillow case on the pillows only the matching comforter shams, which are not that soft.

The room with private bathroom was clean. The ac during the heatwave was great. The neighborhood is quiet. The mattress was very soft. The pillows were awful and caused me a stiff neck. The house was very busy with other guests, sometimes loud until late.
