Other things to note
While our home is conveniently located within just minutes of Bloor Station with access to the TTC subway, GO, and UP express, it also means that you may hear the subway during your stay at times.
We provide limited quantities of basic items to get your stay started, including toilet paper, paper towel, soap, salt and pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee. Should you require more, please plan accordingly.
The basement unit below this upper apartment is separately rented. While we strive to ensure a peaceful atmosphere, you may occasionally hear some noise from tenants staying in the basement, such as footsteps or normal activities.
We provide one bath towel per registered guest. Should you need more please plan accordingly.
Parking: This unit does NOT include parking. If you require parking, you must apply for a parking permit through the City of Toronto website. Please note that we are not responsible for any issues, availability, delays, or the issuance of permits, as these are managed by the City of Toronto.
For stays over 28 days a separate lease is required to be e-signed by you prior to check in and to receive check in instructions.
