La prestation ne correspond pas à l'annonce. Nous réservons dans un motel et on a eu une chambre en sous sol au fond d'un couloir délabré dans un bâtiment annexe. La chambre était presque propre et la literie correcte Cher pour la prestation

There was no top sheet and the thin duvet supplied gave one the impression that it was not washed and sanitized after each guest. It was the worst motel experience I have ever had!

c'est honteux de proposer un tel hébergement sur votre site: sale, insecure, cafards, lits défoncés et matelas tâchés, frigo dégoûtant, sol dégoûtant, murs tâchés, rideaux déchirés, salle de bains horrible, bruyant, digne d'un hôtel de passe. A notre arrivée: deux voitures de police à cause d'une bagarre entre locataires. Nous avons préféré partir dès le lendemain alors que nous avions loué pour 3 nuits. je demande le remboursement total de mon séjour.

Kingston Residences could be great, there is easy access to public transport, a couple of decent restaurants in the area and then only a 20 min walk through a lot of green to U of T. Unfortunately the entire establishment is dirty, old and just not taken care of. The sheets and floor were dirty, there was no toilet paper, the comforter had stains and brunholes and the entire room smelled of smoke. After requesting new sheets and a new comforter we got both, as well as toilet paper and the lady who helped us was kind. The ransacked state of the place may be due to the surrouding poverty and that they also house people that a temporarily homeless. This however, may also be due that there will be a new development on the site soon, as we learned from a sign outside the property. Our room neighbours were having loud arguments throughout the nights, listened to extremely loud music and it was generally not a restful place. For what we got the price was no where near acceptable. Also it was quite clear on check out that the people working there do not have a clue on what to do. If I were still in my old job as hotel inspector I would close this place down.
